Picnic at the park!  Chickamauga Dam  August 19^th.

We are arriving as early as possible to enjoy to full day on the Dam.  There is a man-made beach there, playground equipment and so forth.  I cannot find an entry fee, I suggest you ask me again for this just prior to the trip most state parks charge a small fee I will call again in the morning.  It has been after hours each time I sat to work on this project this week.

Bring a picnic with you.  BLA will have dessert for the kids!  We will serve our dessert at 1pm.

We are booking group rates and in the event it is not possible when the manager calls me back these are worst case scenario rates for Dinner and Cruise:  I have left a message with the ‘group rate department” and full well expect a reduction.

 

Adult - $34.50 plus tax and gratuity
Child - $16.50 plus tax and gratuity

 

Just the cruise is exactly half of that cost, but I feel that a Prime Rib Buffet is worth the addition.

 

 

 

Incline Railway –August 20^th

Youth(ages 3-17) $5.60 round trip

We have to have 20 paying passengers for this rate.  In the event we do not have 20 who choose to ride the steepest inclining railway in our country, the rates will be as follows.

General Admission
Adult: $14 round trip
Child (ages 3-12): $7 round trip
*Half Fare - Seniors & People with disabilities $7.00
**Half fare discount applies to Senior Citizens (ages 65 & up) and people with disabilities and is valid December through February only. Medicare, ADA eligibility card or identification card issued by a state or federal agency that shows date of birth must be presented to receive the discount fare.
**Children 2 years & under, ride free with paying passenger

 

Please let me know by Monday if you would like to join us.  I have to pay for the rooms to reserve them, so be prepared to pay for your room by Wednesday the 21^st.  I cannot guarantee group rates after that.  If you would like to pay by pay-pal you will need to call me to do that so I can direct you to the proper location and email.
